Machining

In the machining we use innovative technologies and modern machines which are supported by a CAD-CAM system (Solid-Works / Solid-CAM). Long-term experience and professionalism allow us an optimum implementation of your demands. We work with high-grade steels and special materials.

In our manufacturing we can use CNC milling machine with 3-axes technology, as well as 5-axes technology. Our range included different dimensions which are limited merely by the maximum travels of the CNC machining centers.

With the 5-axes milling machine a very exact treatment of many sites and also 5-axes simultaneous treatment is possible. Also complicated geometry can be manufactured with low setups and costs.

Our machine park for milling technology consists of:

  • CNC - 5-axis-machining center (simultaneous) DMU60T travels 600x500mm
  • CNC - machining centers DMG 835 V travels 830 x 500 mm
  • CNC - machining center DMC 635 V travels 630x450mm
  • CNC - universal milling machines Maho travels to 600 x 400 mm

We also offer turning in our comprehensive range. CNC universal turning machines allow us by the application of high-tech components, efficient and exact tricks at the highest level.

Our machine park for turning machines consists of:

  • DMG NEF 400 with powered tools: max. rotary diameter 350 x 800 mm
  • CNC turning machine Weiler E30: max. rotary diameter 160 x 750 mm
  • Conventional turning lathe: max. rotary diameter 165 x 500 mm
